Monthly Audio & Video Services

  • We serve as regular partners in podcast production. Clients handle booking, recording and sending our team your raw audio. RV handles scripting intros and outros, pre-interview research and consultation, audio assembly of the recordings, adding theme and credits music, and final episode mixing/mastering.

  • We become your partners in podcast prep for each episode. We’ll work with you to craft the most compelling opening and closings, and develop questions/scripts that align with host curiosities and build on the host’s unique strengths, with the goal of bringing in dedicated listeners. This service includes monthly episode reviews to keep finding ways to refine the show.

  • We serve as regular partners in podcast production. Under client direction, RV handles booking guests, production calendars and deadlines, scripting intros and outros, pre-interview prep and consultation, producing during all the recordings, audio editing, adding theme and credits music, and final episode mixing/mastering.

A La Carte Items 

  • A two hour show strategy session to refine a show concept and mission. We’ll help map out a podcast season. At the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a framework for what your show is, what it isn’t, and some possible episodes or arc for the season.

  • What are the best practices for podcast marketing? We’ll talk you through what works, what doesn’t and how you can best position your podcast for success.

  • RV handles booking, scripting intros and outros, pre-interview research and consultation, questions/scripts, a dedicated producer on each recording, episode editing, adding theme and credits music, scoring the episode if requested, and final episode mixing/mastering.

  • We’ll work with you to craft the most compelling opening and closing for each episode, with the goal of bringing in more dedicated listeners. Script development/writing included.

  • In some cases, clients only want to send us raw audio to clean up and improve sound quality, normalize levels, etc.

  • Audio editing plus music, cleaning up and improving sound quality, normalizing levels, etc. We will also lay in theme and credits music, the cold open and show open. We will give the episode a light content edit—taking out half sentences and cleaning up stumbles. We’ll advise on intros, outros and credits.

  • We will make a custom video edit of your podcast. Price depends on complexity and rounds of edits.

  • We'll create custom social videos to support your show.

  • 1) How to Make a Podcast: A quick and easy guide to get started including gear, which services to subscribe to, and how to conduct an excellent interview.

    2) Show templates: We’ll produce a set of three script templates for the opening and closing of the show as well as suggestions for the show structure.

  • Original music theme composition and related interstitial sounds for the show, creating an instantly recognizable audio identity for the show..

  • Our award-winning designer develops a concept deck with choices for title art and visual elements for the show, based on comps that the client brings us for look and feel. In a collaborative process, we work with clients to zero in on brand identity before finalizing the logo and other visual assets.
